Our cancellation policy for Airport Transfers, Business & Corporate and Travel & Social Events is as follows:-
If your booking is cancelled up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled time of collection/arrival then the full fare will still be charged (incl the 5% card handling fee)
If your booking is cancelled between 12-24 hours prior to your scheduled time of collection/arrival then 50% of the full fare will still be charged (incl the 5% card handling fee)
If your booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time of collection/arrival then you will be refunded the full fare (not incl the 5% card handling fee)
Our cancellation policy for Weddings is as follows:-
If you cancel your wedding car booking prior to 4 weeks before the date of your wedding then you will be refunded any monies paid excluding the £50.00 deposit per vehicle.
If you cancel your wedding car booking within 2 – 4 weeks of your wedding then you will be refunded 50% of the monies paid excluding the £50.00 deposit per vehicle.
If you cancel your wedding car booking up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding then you will be refunded 25% of the monies paid excluding the £50.00 deposit per vehicle.
